He is the ruler of the [[The Hellespointe]] and the strongest Vikar in existence. Latear was born from Ultidea mixing his 'starlight' into vikarmic energy. He is the eldest Vikar and possess the highest amount of vikarmic energy in existence. As leader of the Ulvikars, he manages the Hellespointe, damned souls, and every single vikar.
