Hellenica is inspired by the ancient Mediterranean regions of Greece, Macedon, and a bit north of the Greek peninsula, with a mix of science fiction and fantasy elements. Sprawling ruins and cities, monsters, and NPC's all inspired by the Greek myth with original elements added in. The main hub of this region is the coastal city of Iolcus.
